Exclusions:
Products that have been opened and used will not be eligible for a return unless they meet the above criteria.
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted once the product has been opened.

2.2 Late return requests may not be accepted.

Order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos or evidence of the damage, incorrect item, or contamination (if applicable).
3.2 Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3.3 Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging (where possible) to prevent further damage.

4.3 Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
